Lamb's Players today announced that MIXTAPE, The Greatest Hits of the 80s returns to the Horton Grand Theatre, downtown tonight, August 13th. It is currently scheduled to run through October 4th.

The original Musical Revue, co-created by Jon Lorenz & Colleen Kollar Smith with Kerry Meads, enjoyed a wildly successful high profile run of 760 performances from 2010-2013, embracing the city's love of the 80s and introducing thousands of San Diegans to LAMB'S.

Producing Artistic Director, Robert Smyth shared "Patrons of all ages are constantly asking when we will bring back MIXTAPE. The great music of the 80s resonates with Boomers who first heard it in their 20s & 30s, it implanted in the hearts of Gen Xers who were growing into their teens. And today's Millennials love 80s "retro" music. So, we are excited and delighted to give all of them what they are clamoring for!"
