ROADS COURAGEOUS to Open at the Playhouse, 2/22-3/17
A World Premiere musical production, Roads Courageous, is based on the true story of Dr. John R. Brinkley, a barefoot Appalachian boy who grows up to become a wildly famous and controversial medical doctor of depression-era America.
Directed by Tim Hedegpeth, the production features Book & Lyrics by Thomas Nyman and Music & Lyrics by Kevin Parman, and will run at The Playhouse, Feb 22-March 17.
The talented cast includes: Roy Bumgarner, Sherry Gibbs Houston, Anna Gangai, Byrd Bonner, and Jason Mosher.Shows run Fridays and Saturday at 8:00 PM & Sundays at 2:30 PM at The Playhouse - The RHR Theatre, 800 West Ashby Place, San Antonio, Texas. Tickets: Adults - $25, Seniors (60 plus) and Military with ID - $20, Students - $15, Children under 12 $10. These prices include a $2 service per ticket.
