Pink Martini Reschedules Concert Due to Medical Emergency
Due to a medical emergency, Pink Martini has rescheduled their January 17 performance at the Majestic Theatre (224 E. Houston St.) to Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at 7PM. Proceeds will benefit the San Antonio River Foundation's Confluence Park and Las Casas' Performing Arts Education Programs.
Pink Martini lead singer China Forbes has been diagnosed, by Dr. Brett Andres (Orthopedic and Fracture Specialist in Portland, Oregon), with a tear of the rotator cuff that requires urgent surgical treatment. A full recovery is expected, but the delicacy of recovery process will prohibit Ms. Forbes from traveling for solo concerts or with Pink Martini until February 2018.
Tickets purchased for the January 17 performance of PINK MARTINI will be honored on March 7. Refunds are available at point of purchase for ticket holders who cannot attend the rescheduled performance. For more information, contact Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000 or ticketmaster.com.
The heartfelt wishes and support of the entire Pink Martini family and the Majestic Theatre are with China Forbes as she undergoes her surgery and recovery, and we look forward to welcoming her back to the stage in March.
