St. Philips College Theater announces its Spring production of the musical "In the Heights." "In the Heights," is the story of the Dominican neighborhood near the New York side of the entrance to the George Washington Bridge and deals with the trials and tribulations of immigration, gentrification, the high cost of education, and other issues.
