B Street Theatre, Sacramento's Resident New Works Theatre, is pleased to present the West Coast Premiere of Oblivion by Carly Mensch. Mensch, most known for her writing on the hit television series WEEDS, brings heart and humor to her work in Oblivion.

Through the lens of a modern family, she tells a touching story about faith in the 21st century. Mensch humorously crafts the characters of Pam and Dixon, two uber-hip Brooklynites who have chosen a more agnostic approach to parenting. However the tables turn when their 17-year-old daughter, Julie, decides to become a Christian and their open- minded facade comes crashing down. Carly Mensch's Oblivion takes a comedic look at the nature of belief and the importance of human connection.

Oblivion will run March 8 - April 19, 2015. Show Times: Tuesdays at 6:30pm; Wednesdays at 2 pm and 6:30 pm; Thursdays and Fridays at 8 pm; Saturdays at 5 pm and 9 pm; Sundays at 2 pm.
