The Westchester Collaborative Theater in partnership with ArtsWestchester will open its doors for a one night theatrical performance of Lot's Wife, a provocative new play by award-winning playwright Albi Gorn. This inaugural production by WCT retells the biblical saga of Lot, his family and their struggle to save Sodom by finding ten devout souls who will prevent God's wrath from destroying the city. WCT Executive Producer Karina Ramsey is directing the main stage production of this play.

The ensemble of WCT actors performing in Lot's Wife includes: Michelle Daneshvar, Justina Dieck, Jason Fineberg, Julie Griffin, Donna James, Jessica Hickey, Kurt Lauer, Pat O'Neill, Ron Schnittker and Ralph Vandamme.

Synopsis:

"Based on the Biblical tale of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, with echoes of the Holocaust, Lot and his family desperately try to find ten devout souls to prevent the destruction of their home. Along the way they discover that the power of faith can have dire consequences, and that survival can exact its own disastrous repercussions. Leavened with humor and humanity, Lot's Wife is a unique channeling of a troubled family, that is both timeless and topical."
