Friday, February 5th, 7:30 pm FULL BUCK MOON
A staged reading of a new play by Staci Swedeen, the author and actress of last season's hit "Pardon Me for Living". $10 general admission.
When Jill hits a deer on her honeymoon her nightmare begins - especially when the deer turns into a Buck impaled on her windshield. Jill and Richard must deal with the funny, frightening consequences and in the process explore the question - is there anything scarier than getting married? A Q&A follows with the playwright, director and actors. Directed by Giovanna Sardelli.

Friday, March 12th, 7:30 pm FIGHTING OVER BEVERLY
A Special Event: a staged reading as part of a a year-long, world-wide festival sponsored by the Barefoot Theatre Company celebrating Israel Horovitz's 70th Birthday with 70 of his plays. Horovitz will be attending the HSC event and participating in the Q&A immediately following the performance. $10 general admission.
A love triangle among three seniors : Beverly, her American husband, and the Brit she jilted 50 years before.

Israel Horovitz 's plays have been translated and performed, worldwide, and have won numerous awards, including the OBIE (twice). The New York Drama Desk Award, and an Award in Literature of The American Academy of Arts and Letters. Directed by Matthew Arkin and featuring actress Barbara Dana.

Friday, April 9th 7:30 pm I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S NOT MEMORIZED!
The 4th annual Young Playwrights Festival featuring original one-act plays from students at Briarcliff High School. $10 general admission
This highly popular tradition continues with an array of provocative, funny, and thoughtful pieces all written and performed by an outrageously talented young group of actors. Directed by Jamie Mandel and Ian Driver.
