Theatre By The Sea owner and producer Bill Hanney, Producing Artistic Director Amiee Turner and Managing Producer Joel Kipper are proud to announce the 2009 summer schedule for Theatre By The Sea’s Children’s Festival. Performances will be held on Friday, July 10, July 24, July 31, August 7 and August 21 at 10:00 AM and 12 noon. Single tickets are $10 each with a three show package for $24. Discount rates are available for groups of 20 or more by calling (401) 782-3800 x18. Before or after the show families can enjoy cold drinks, pizza and cookies, which will be available for purchase at the gazebo.
The 2009 Schedule features the following performances:July 10 – TAINO present Caribbean Carnival CelebrationJoin Sana and Pap in an exuberant performance highlighting keyboard and congas. TAINO celebrates the Latin American Caribbean music of Guajira, Mambo and Salsa with a little Reggae thrown in! This festive program is loaded with audience participation.
