TR In Concert - Drew Gehling On television and film, Drew can be seen in HBO’s Succession, 30 Rock, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Smash, Blue Bloods, Chicago PD, A Good Person with Florence Pugh and Morgan Freeman, and more. Along with several faculty members at the NYU-Langone Voice Center, Drew also co-authored a paper published in the New England Journal of Voice about Vocal Fatigue in Broadway Performers. Teaching, developing new works and theatrical pieces are Drew's passion, and he feels fortunate to be able to continue along that path. He holds a degree from the now centennially recognized School of Drama at Carnegie Mellon University and flies planes in his spare time.

Currently starring as William Shakespeare in the Broadway production of & Juliet, Drew originated the role of Dr. Pomatter on Broadway in the Waitress after helping develop the piece at the American Repertory Theatre in Cambridge, MA during the summer of 2015. Drew developed the new musical Almost Famous at the Old Globe Theatre in San Diego, later opening the musical on Broadway in the fall of 2022. He joined the company of the award-winning off-broadway production of Little Shop of Horrors for a limited engagement in 2023 and premiered a movie for Hallmark, which he co-wrote, for his dear buddy, Kevin Duda. Concurrently, the theatrical release of Waitress, which premiered at the TriBeCa Film Festival has been universally acclaimed and continues to stream worldwide.
