THE OLD COURTHOUSE THEATRE presents NUNSENSE! with performances thru February 28, 2010.

The Old Courthouse Theatre located in Concord, North Carolina presents the hilarious musical comedy Nunsense Feb. 11-28, 2010. Individual tickets are on sale for $15 and for children 12 and under are $10. Tickets for Seniors (60 and over) and students (valid student I.D) $12.

Winner of four Outer Critics Circle Awards including Best Off Broadway Musical in its original New York productions, this hilarious international hit is a a fund raiser put on by the Little Sisters of Hoboken to raise money to bury sisters accidently poisoned by the convent cook, Sister Julia (Child of God). Updated with jokes, additional lyrics, two new arrangements and a brand new song, this zany musical has been videotaped for television starring Rue McClanahan as the Mother Superior.

This cast includes many familiar faces such as Pat Heiss (Mother Superior Mary Regina), Sloane Wood (Sister Mary Amnesia), Kristin Graf (Sister Mary Leo), Nancy Cottingham (Sister Mary Hubert) and Melissa Bowden (Sister Robert Anne).

The show is directed by Jack Stevenson with musical direction by Laura Layton and choreographed by Mitzi Ballard.
