Written by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins and directed by OSF Artistic Director Tim Bond, this Pulitzer Prize– and Tony Award–winning drama follows the Jaspers, a celebrated Civil Rights dynasty, as long-buried secrets and tensions rise to the surface when their youngest son returns home with an unexpected friend. The family's legacy begins to splinter as ancient secrets are exposed during a literal and figurative storm. The play won the 2025 Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award for Best Play.
