Struts & Frets Theatre Co. presents A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare, and adapted by Hannah Fawcett. Original music inspired by the 70’s by Terry Kitagawa.
The play will be performed at the Independence Riverview Park Amphitheater (50 C St. Independence OR 97351) on September 4-5 at 6:30p, and September 6 at 4:00p. September 5th’s performance will be ASL interpreted, sponsored by Maps Credit Union.
Bring your lawn chairs and picnic blankets to celebrate the end of summer with Struts & Frets! A Midsummer Night's Dream is a family friendly event for all ages!
Come early and support our local food and drink vendors! Vendors will be set up about an hour and a half before the show.
In partnership with the City of Independence, Struts & Frets presents an outdoor production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream by William Shakespeare, set in the 1970s, with original music inspired by famous artists of the time like ABBA, the Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, Minnie Riperton, and more!
