Stage Right to Present THE ROCKY HORROR SHOW

Stage Right's annual Halloween musical treat, Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show, will be playing at the Greensburg Garden and Civic Center on October 28 and 29. Featured in the cast this year are Justin Lonesome (Jersey Boys, National Tour) as Dr. Frank N Furter, Jason Swauger (Rugrats, International Tour) as Brad Majors, Alex Noble (Guys and Dolls, Pittsburgh Public Theatre) as Riff Raff, Renata Marino as Columbia, Tony Marino ( Sweeney Todd, Pirates of Penzance, Pittsburgh Public Theatre) as Eddie/Dr. Scott, Megan Poitras as Janet Weiss, Zach Frye as Rocky and Courtney Harkins as Magenta.
Director Tony Marino: "One of the great things about this show is welcoming new actors into the roles and seeing what they bring to it. We're really excited about Justin being here as Frank. He's a huge talent and we're all excited to see what Justin is going to bring to the character of Frank will be." The Rocky Horror Show is the live stage version of the cult movie classic and features all of the characters and songs contained in the much beloved film. Each year Stage Right has production theme for the production, this year the show pays homage to the House of Mouse.
Choreographer Renata Marino: "Last year doing Star Wars/Trek was so much fun, and we discovered that, since the show has a feeling of a costume party both onstage and in the audience, we wanted this year's version to give everyone the chance to dress up in a way that was most incongruous to what Rocky is. We all quickly settled on the idea of going to a Disney costume party where all of a sudden a performance of Rocky Horror happens!"
The Rocky Horror Show will be performed at the Greensburg Garden and Civic Center on October 28 and 29 with shows at 8pm and Midnight.
