City Theatre presents Tigers Be Still, a new comedy by Kim Rosenstock.  Directed by Matt M. Morrow, Tigers Be Still runs from March 31 to May 6, 2012 on City Theatre's Lester Hamburg Studio Stage, with an Opening Night performance on Friday, April 6 at 8pm.

Sherry's art therapy degree didn't launch her dream career, so she moved back into her childhood bedroom. Her mom won't come downstairs. Her sister won't leave the couch. Her very first patient won't stick around for a session. Her boss brings a rifle to work. And an escaped tiger roams the streets … but Sherry's life is looking up.

"Kim Rosenstock vividly captures her characters at their best and worst, examining how close the two can be," says Matt M. Morrow, City Theatre's Associate Artistic Director. "I'm honored to be working with a talented, smart group of local actors and designers for this production. It's a dream team for my first City Theatre outing!"

Tigers Be Still features Theo Allyn, Erika Cuenca, Jeff Howell, and Noah Plomgren. The design team includes Tony Ferrieri(Scenic), Angela M. Vesco (Costume), Andrew David Ostrowski (Lighting), and Brad Peterson (Sound/Projection).
