He is not yet 35 years old and already Savion Glover's phenomenal talent has marked him as a legend. Using tap as song, Glover merges acoustical vibrations from Jazz, Caribbean, and other contemporary musical genres. Bare Soundz features MarsHAl Davis Jr. and Maurice chestnut, in a concert style production.

Glover, MarsHAl Davis Jr. and Maurice chestnut perform without musical accompaniment and the dancers themselves are the musicians. The talented tapping team creates a thrilling and hard-hitting performance of music through dance and reveals the essence of tap. Bare Soundz unleashes percussive footwork that is simply magical.

Bearded, dreadlocked and dressed casually, Savion Glover has developed an energetic, contemporary, and post-bebop street style that pays homage to past masters while continuing to push his form of expression forward.

Savion Glover is a Tony-winner, hoofer, choreographer and producer who has danced on stages throughout the world. His numerous credits include the Broadway shows The Tap Dance Kid; and Bring in 'da Noise, Bring in 'da Funk, and the films Tap with Gregory Hines and Sammy Davis Jr.; Bamboozled by Spike Lee; and Happy Feet, an Academy Award winner choreographed by Glover.
