Creator and Artistic Director Dambra Sabato and partners Ray Croce and Chelsea DiPilla bring A Saturday's Child, their arts and entertainment company's groundbreaking theatrical production of MONDAY NIGHT MONOLOGUES to a close this month. The trio will present the 'one-of-a-kind', now thrice-proven show at Plays & Players, 1714 Delancey Street in Philadelphia. All shows are on Mondays: July 9, 16 and 23. Shows start at 8:00pm, doors open at 7:30pm.

MONDAY NIGHT MONOLOGUES is an evening of unforgettable performances. The eighty-minute show presents a remarkably entertaining evening. The seven-month run in 2006 played to standing room audiences in three theaters and earned 'Best of' status in New Jersey. The 2010 outing was presented and filmed due to the interest and urging of Bravo. This third outing is playing to receptive and appreciative audiences once again.

MONDAY NIGHT MONOLOGUES rotates ten actors and forty-two monologues over the remaining three shows. Auditions were held at the Wilma Theater and the cast is outstanding.

Featured actors are: Patricia Durante, Kumar Dari, Andrew Criss, Christina May, Jonathan Steadman, Melissa Connell, Andrew Vitagliano, Christina Forshey, Jarrett De Stouet and Maggie Smith. (Patricia Durante appear courtesy of Actors Equity)

MONDAY NIGHT MONOLOGUES delivers a raw environment, a real experience and a rare opportunity for new and established theatergoers. It invites audiences to witness the emotional experience of an actor's audition and enjoy professionals showcasing their very best work. Comedic and dramatic moments penned by legendary and master playwrights from Woody Allen to William Shakespeare are brought to life by professional actors and woven together by a seasoned storyteller.

Word is, MONDAY NIGHT MONOLOGUES will finish this 'road tour' at the end of July and join A Saturday's Child's catalogue of shows, productions and special events. The company ran the runaway hit 'Vaudeville' in 2011, the theatrically spellbinding 'MONDAY NIGHT MONOLOGUES' in 2012 and is scheduled to stage 'The VARIETY Show' in spring of 2013 (interested properties include several Philadelphia Theaters, a Mediterranean cruise line and three Atlantic City Casinos). The arts and entertainment company has quite an array of original productions and a busy schedule over the next few years getting them before audiences.
