Actor, musician and songwriter Jeremiah Downes will present a newly revised concert production of his revue, Highways & Daydreams: The Songs of Jeremiah Downes, in Philadelphia on July 24th at the Biello Martin Studio in Old City (creative home to musical theater writers Michael Biello and Dan Martin).

This new concert production includes three world premiere songs, new vocal arrangements and a new cast. Downes will be joined on stage by Amanda Brizzi, Dan Callahan, Evan Frace and Ashli Rice, with percussionist Mark Nucero.

Highways & Daydreams had its world premiere at the Biello Martin Studio in 2011, with subsequent presentations at The Duplex in NYC (2013) and Tavern On Camac in Philadelphia (2013). The evening features original songs written over the last two decades, as well as material from Downes' other works in progress, Radio Flyer and Seven.

Downes spent 15 years on stage as an actor and singer in New York and regionally, his songs have been performed by artists from the worlds of Broadway and commercial music. He currently serves as Assistant Professor of Musical Theater at Emory & Henry College.

Highways & Daydreams: The Songs of Jeremiah Downes will be presented on Friday, July 24, 2015 at 7PM at the Biello Martin Studio (148 North 3rd Street, Philadelphia, PA). $10 cover and seating is extremely limited. For reservations email highways@jeremiahdownes.com.
