BWW Previews: BILLY ELIOT: THE MUSICAL at Fulton Theatre

Lancaster, PA -- When Billy Elliot: The Musical opens Thursday night at the historic, and allegedly haunted, Fulton Theatre, the hope is that theatre-loving neighbors from Baltimore and Philadelphia will make the hour or so trip along the Main Line or up I-83 to see Elton John's Tony Award-winning season opener.
