One of the country's most legendary leading ladies of theatre, Geraldine Turner, returns after more than a decade to recount her life on stage in Turner's Turn from 2 - 4 November at Downstairs at The Maj.

Turner's Turn is a celebration of Turner's incredible life on stage. This intimate evening of songs from her celebrated career, peppered with show business anecdotes and stories, is a rare opportunity to see one of Australia's most beloved stage performers, up close and personal, in an intimate setting.

Turner is a true icon of Australian show business, and has received various Green Room Awards, Mo awards and an Order of Australia for services to the Arts.

While her roles in the stage musicals Anything Goes, Chicago, Into The Woods and Sweeney Todd established her as an award-winning musical theatre star, Geraldine has also won enormous acclaim for her roles in plays such as Steel Magnolias, on television in House Husbands, Home and Away and All Saints. Her extensive recording output includes the first solo Sondheim album, which gained her worldwide acclaim.
