Today, BroadwayWorld is continuing SHOWTUNE SHUFFLE with one of our favorite ballads from the beloved musical. Below, check out seven different renditions of 'Why, God, Why?' performed by current Broadway Chris, Alistair Brammer, Simon Bowman (original London cast), Will Chase (Broadway cast 1998-2001), Ramin Karimloo (UK Tour 2005), Aaron Tveit, Jeremy Jordan and even Lea Salonga (original London/Broadway cast). 

GLEE star Jenna Ushkowitz has today released the song, Standing On My Own which is written by composers, Daniel and Laura Curtis. The release also opens the 2016 Your Voice Competition for entries.

The pair recently released a concept recording of four songs written for a theoretical RATATOUILLE musical, with visuals from the film to go with them. They explicitly state, however, that they did not do this with Disney's sanction, so this seems to be more a strong hint to Disney than an assignment. Check out the live studio recording below!
