Award-winning non-for-profit Broadway Sings for Pride (www.BroadwaySingsForPride.com) held their 6th annual PRIDE benefit concert on Monday, June 20, 2016. To start the night, Daniel Quadrino, from Broadway's Wicked and Newsies, sang 'Imagine' to reflect on the tragedy that happened in Orlando. He was joined onstage by members of the New York community, to echo the sentiment that New York stands behind Orlando and that art can be used to inspire and change minds. On Monday, August 4th, Broadway Sings for The Trevor Project was held at Metropolitan Room. Performers included Marisha Wallace (Disney's Aladdin) singing 'Titanium,' Brian Craft (Avenue Q, Revival of LMPC) singing 'Caught in the Storm,' Rachel Lorin (Recording Artist, Star of Oxygen's The Next Big Thing) singing 'Faithfully', Brian Detlefs (Trails: the Musical) singing 'Coda,' and Ashton Foster (You're Really Not Helping) singing 'Stay,' Gavin Rohrer (Revival of LMPC).

On Friday, May 2nd, Broadway Sessions for Broadway Battles Bullying was held at Joe's Pub. Broadway Sings for Pride will kick off NYC Gay Pride 2013 by celebrating with their third annual Gay Pride benefit concert. The special one-night benefit entitled ' Unite' with join forces with American Idol and Billboard recording artistic Kimberley Locke, American Idol and Rent star Anwar Robinson and over 20 members of the Broadway community.
