The Stage's production of a??CHICAGOa?? will be directed by Randall King, choreography by Tracey Freeman-Shaw and music direction by Benjamin Belew. a??

BroadwayWorld recently attended a special press launch for Chicago. Following a successful UK and international tour, and after a 5½-year absence from London, the musical will open on 11 April, following previews from 26 March. This fiery new take on CHICAGO is directed by Drury Lane Theatre's Artistic Director William Osetek with choreography by Jane Lanier, the Tony-nominated student of Bob Fosse, and music direction by Roberta Duchak. CHICAGO runs April 20 - June 18, 2017 at Drury Lane Theatre, 100 Drury Lane in Oakbrook Terrace. The Press Opening is Friday, April 28, 2017 at 8:00 p.m.

Theatre Communications Group (TCG), the national organization for theatre, launches the Legacy Leaders of Color Video Project (LLCVP). Working with MOPED, a video production company, and with support from Doris Duke Charitable Foundation, TCG filmed a series of interviews chronicling the stories of founding leaders of theatres of color.
