On this day in 2011, the Broadway production of Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark, finally celebrated its opening night, following the longest preview period in Broadway history.

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater and Women's Project Theater will present the world premiere of The Undeniable Sound of Right Now, written by Laura Eason (Sex with Strangers, 'House of Cards') and directed by Kirsten Kelly (Slipping), beginning Thursday, March 19 at 7pm at Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, 224 Waverly Place, west of Seventh Avenue South.
