Look What Happened to Mabel! Jerry Herman's beloved score explodes onto the stage of 54 Below in this one night only musical extravaganza on March 8 (7PM & 9:30PM). Tap Your Troubles Away when some of Broadway and cabaret's finest regale you with tunes including I Won't Send Roses, Movies Were Movies, Wherever He Ain't and of course, Time Heals Everything. The special event will star: Brent Barrett, Carole J. Bufford, Beth Leavel, Sean McDermott, Molly Pope, Brian Charles Rooney, Kelli Rabke, Lee Roy Reams, Emily Skinner, Donna Vivino, Natalie Arneson, Michael Ruoco, Lisa Sabin and Charlie Stevens.

Just last night, SiriusXM Broadway host Seth Rudetsky hosted and music directed Not Since High School, a benefit concert that showcased Broadway performers singing the classic roles they played as teens while wearing braces and/or breaking out. Performers included Sierra Boggess, Mario Cantone, Jerry Dixon, Christine Ebersole, James Monroe Iglehart, LaChanze, Jose Llana, Jessie Mueller, Julia Murney, Emily Skinner, Keala Settle, and more. Happy Birthday Emily Skinner! Emily Skinner was nominated for a Best Actress TONY Award for the Original Broadway Production of Side Show. Other Broadway credits include the original casts of Jekyll & Hyde, James Joyce's The Dead (with Christopher Walken) The Full Monty, Dinner at Eight (Outer Critics Circle nomination, Drama League Award). Most recently, she starred in the Broadway production of Billy Elliot.

The Muny is currently presenting the first show of its spectacular 96th season, Billy Elliot the Musical, directed by Steven Minning, choreographed by Alison Levenberg, with music direction by Colin Welford. Starring as Billy Elliot, and making his Muny debut, is 11 year-old Tade Biesinger. Co-starring are Emily Skinner as Mrs. Wilkinson, Daniel Oreskes as Dad, and Patti Perkins as Grandma. Joining them are Ben Nordstrom as Tony, Steve Isom as George, Michael Harp as Michael, and Maria Knasel as Debbie. Check out highlights from the production below!

Side Show, based on the true life story of conjoined twins Daisy and Violet Hilton, is set to be revived at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C. in performances running from June 14 - July 13, 2014. Side Show originally opened on Broadway in 1997, starring Alice Ripley and Emily Skinner as the Hilton twins. Telling the story of their rise from circus attractions to famous vaudeville performers during the Great Depression, Side Show brings us the sisters' lifelong search for fortune, romance, and a spot on the stage.

Now in its 16th season, Lincoln Center's acclaimed series American Songbook continues to expand its scope celebrating the best in American singing and songwriting. Featured over the weekend was revered composer, lyricist, and librettist Michael John LaChiusa- returning to American Songbook after his triumphant debut a decade ago. Known for his acclaimed Tony-nominated musicals Marie Christine and The Wild Party, his recent epic musical adaptation of Giant flourished at the Public Theater. Bock and Harnick's Fiorello!, the opening musical of the Encores! 20th Anniversary season stars Kate Baldwin, Erin Dilly, Jenn Gambatese, Shuler Hensley and Emily Skinner, with Danny Rutigliano as Fiorello LaGuardia. Fiorello! will be directed by Gary Griffin with choreography by Alex Sanchez and music direction by Rob Berman. The show will run for seven performances from January 30 - February 3 at New York City Center. BWW has a first look at the production onstage!

She's been a Hollywood legend for decades, but now iconic actress Julie Andrews is taking her talents to a local theater in Connecticut, directing the musical, THE GREAT AMERICAN MOUSICAL based on one of her children's books. 'It's really an homage to the great Broadway musicals that we all know and love,' Andrews said this morning in an interview with 'Today' show reporter Erica Hall. Watch her appearance in full below!

Atlanta's Alliance Theatre launched its world premiere of Stephen King and John Mellencamp's new blues and rock musical, Ghost Brothers of Darkland County on April 11, 2012. Directed by Susan V. The story of the controversial 'Mad Monk,' Grigori Yefimovich Rasputin is now the subject of the new rock musical Brother Russia, which is making its world premiere at the Tony Award-winning Signature Theatre. The new musical features Music by Dana Rowe and Book and Lyrics by John Dempsey - the award-winning creators behind The Fix (1998) and The Witches of Eastwick (2007).
