Original Hadestown cast member Eva Noblezada played her final performance as 'Eurydice' on Sunday, August 13, 2023. Noblezada began playing the role in 2018 at London’s National Theatre before transferring with the production to Broadway in 2019. Check out a video of her final bow, plus speeches from castmates, here!

AMELIE, A NEW MUSICAL will begin performances on Broadway on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Walter Kerr Theatre (219 W 48th Street) and officially open Monday, April 3, 2017. Directed by Tony Award winner Pam Mackinnon (Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?), AMELIE features a book by Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award nominee Craig Lucas (The Light in the Piazza), music by Daniel Messe and lyrics by Nathan Tysen & Messe, and musical staging and choreography by Sam Pinkleton.

Producers today announced complete casting for the upcoming Broadway production of AMELIE, A NEW MUSICAL.

Center Theatre Group's production of 'Amelie, A New Musical' at the Ahmanson Theatre opens December 16 and continues through January 15, 2017. Based on the motion picture written by Adrienne Shelly the new musical has a book by Jessie Nelson, music and lyrics by Sara Bareilles, direction by Diane Paulus, and choreography by Chase Brock. Twenty-Somethings 2, an evening spotlighting the work of songwriters Drew Overcash, Blake Pfeil, and Zoe Sarnak, was held Aug. 18 at the Highline Ballroom. Tony nominee Robin de Jesus, Kacie Sheik and Nic Rouleau were among the performers.

Broadway World TV Los Angeles Correspondents Michael Sterling and Jerry Evans of the JLE Media Group, Inc were once again on hand to celebrate the star studded May 29, 2013 Los Angeles premiere of Priscilla Queen of the Desert currently on its U.S. National Tour and on stage through June 16 at Hollywood's historic Pantages Theatre.

On Sunday, July 8th at 7PM at Joe's Pub, an all-star line-up of Broadway veterans and some of the city's best new voices presented "The TRL Generation: Broadway Sings The 90's," a one-night only concert event to benefit 'Broadway Impact.' The concert was musically directed and produced by Benjamin Rauhala.

The Tony Award-winning revival of HAIR: The American Tribal Love-Rock Musical returned to Broadway on July 5 at the St. James Theatre and officially opened last night.
