Colin Donnell, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Betsy Wolfe (in photos) play four friends at different points in their lives, in Stephen Sondheim's Merrily We Roll Along, the first New York City Center Encores! production of the season. Merrily We Roll Along, with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and book by George Furth, will be directed by James Lapine with music direction by Rob Berman and musical staging by Dan Knechtges. Merrily has been extended for a two-week run and will play for 15 performances, February 8-19, 2012, at New York City Center 55th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues. Announced earlier this week was news that Lin-Manuel Miranda will star as 'Charlie' in the upcoming Encores! production of MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG. Transport Group (TG), the winner of a special 2007 Drama Desk Award and 2007 and 2010 OBIE Awards, will present the first major New York revival of Hello Again, words and music by Michael John LaChiusa (suggested by the play La Ronde by Arthur Schnitzler), and directed by Artistic Director Jack Cummings III (two-time Drama Desk Award nominee for Outstanding Director for TG's The Audience and The Boys in the Band), beginning performances Friday, March 4, with an opening scheduled for Sunday, March 20, at 52 Mercer Street. Rocker temporarily joined the cast of Million Dollar Quartet for 12 performances only starting January 21 in the role of ‘Jay Perkins.'

Love has been hailed as one of the greatest singers in pop music starting with her first number one recording, 'He's A Rebel,' through her string of label hits with legendary producer Phil Spector, including 'Da Doo Ron Ron,' 'He's Sure The Boy I'm Gonna Marry,' and 'Christmas Baby Please Come Home.' Love was recently nominated for the third time to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
