VIDEO: Director Josh Rhodes Goes Behind the Scenes of 'Havana' from GUYS AND DOLLS at The Old Globe

The Old Globe presents Guys and Dolls, a musical fable of Broadway. This classic musical, the first production of the Globe's 2017 Summer Season, will run July 2 - August 13, 2017, with opening night on Friday, July 7, presented in association with Asolo Repertory Theatre. The Legend of New York, with music by Joshua Salzman and book and lyrics by Ryan Cunningham, is a Sodom and Gomorrah story set during the 1977 New York City blackout. An angel appears to a NYC cop and sends him on a quest to find three souls worth saving by sunrise or else the city will be destroyed. This funk-infused new musical celebrates '70s New York in all its grungy glory-taking you from Central Park to Times Square to CBGBs to, of course, the legendary Studio 54.

STAGE TUBE: Sneak Peek at A.R.T.'s ALL THE WAY

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University announced today that the run of Robert Schenkkan's new play All The Way, directed by Bill Rauch, is sold out. A limited number of standing room tickets will be sold on the day of each show - in person only and only one ticket per person - at the A.R.T. Ticket Services Office. There will be no standing room for previews, Opening Night, or the final performance. The production begins performances on September 13 and runs through Saturday, October 12.
