BroadwayWorld.com's cameras were on hand as the cast, creative team and band of '13, A New Musical' recorded the original Broadway recording. The recording will be released digitally as of 9/30, and will be available for purchase at The Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre soon thereafter. 13, A New Musical will offer a $13.00 ticket - a price which suits anyone's allowance - to the first 100 people in line at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 W. 45th Street) Box Office Opening on Monday, August 25, 2008 at 10AM.
The complete teenage cast and teenage band was announced today for 13, A New Musical, with music and lyrics by Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown (Parade, The Last Five Years).
Goodspeed Musicals', the only two-time Tony Award winning theatre in the country, latest production, 13, a new musical comedy about coming of age, teen traumas and high school survival, will hit the stage at The Norma Terris Theatre in Chester, Connecticut, May 9 - June 8. 13 is sponsored by Essex Savings Bank.
