Theatre Under The Stars (TUTS) is excited to introduce the cast of its upcoming production of The Wiz!

Sony Crackle, the free streaming network, today announced that 'SuperMansion,' the Emmy-nominated, stop-motion adult animated comedy series, will debut new episodes of season three on Thursday, October 4, with an early exclusive starting Monday, September 24 on PlayStation(R)3 and PlayStation(R)4 through the Sony Crackle app. Oscar(R) and Emmy(R)-nominated actress Minnie Driver, will join the cast in a recurring role as Debbie Devizo, Dr. Devizo's (Chris Pine) ex-wife and former League of Freedom team member. Sony Crackle also released the official trailer and key art, which provides a first look at Minnie Driver's character in action.

As BroadwayWorld has sadly reported, legendary playwright Neil Simon has died at 91. He passed away last night at New York-Presbyterian Hospital in New York City due to complications from pneumonia. The Cape Playhouse wraps up its 92 season with Clue: On Stage, a hilarious farce-meets-murder-mystery.  Directed by Hunter Foster, the production stars January LaVoy, Stephen DeRosa, Nancy Opel, and Brian J. Carter. A New England Premiere and pre National Tour Engagement Clue: On Stage runs August 21-September 1, 2018.

Sony Crackle Makes a Splash with 'SuperMansion: Summer Vacation Special,' Premiering 8/16

Significantly expanding its footprint in the growing faith-based market, global content leader Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) has signed a multi-platform film and television first-look deal with Andrew and Jon Erwin and producing partner Kevin Downes, the filmmaking team behind this year's box office hit I Can Only Imagine, which was released by Lionsgate and sister company Roadside Attractions. The announcement was made today by Lionsgate Motion Picture Group Chairman, Joe Drake, and Television Group Chairman, Kevin Beggs.

Mark Linehan and Jennifer Ellis march in step in a glorious rendering of Meredith Willson's THE MUSIC MAN to close out Reagle Music Theatre's 50th Anniversary Summer Season with a bang. Director/choreographer Susan M. Chebookjian's staging is seamless, with one production number after another showing off the ensemble's terpsichorean talent with challenging dance combinations, and Music Director Dan Rodriguez conducts a 12-piece orchestra that brings out the brio of Willson's score. The 1957 Tony Award-winning Best Musical still has lots of get up and go, with stirring marches and patter songs, romantic ballads, and a town full of characters as American as apple pie.
