For its 35th anniversary as Portland's premiere mid-size regional theatre company, Artists Repertory Theatre will offer seven gripping, contemporary plays for their mainstage series.  Among these plays are Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winners, the second  Table|Room|Stage commission, The Thanksgiving Play, by Larissa FastHorse, and a limited run of the World Premiere of the epic theatrical event Magellanica, by Portland playwright E.M. Lewis. Artists Rep's FRONTIER SERIES returns for a second season with internationally acclaimed artists from New York, Seattle and Iran.

'Neighbors,' penned by Jacobs-Jenkins, is now on stage at convergence-continuum.

The Harold and Mimi Steinberg Charitable Trust today announced that the 10th-Annual "Mimi" Awards will be presented on Monday, December 4, 2017, at Lincoln Center Theater. San Jose Stage Company, in collaboration with Dublin City Arts Office, present the World Premiere of acclaimed Irish playwright Donal O'Kelly's The Memory Stick as the fourth production of its culturally diverse 34th season.   

The Other Theatre Company (TOTC) announces the Chicago premiere of Threesome, written by Yussef El Guindi and direction by Jason Gerace, April 14 - May 21 at the Greenhouse Theater Center, 2257 N. Lincoln Ave. Previews are Friday, April 14, Saturday, April 15, Thursday, April 20, Friday, April 21 and Saturday, April 22 at 8 p.m. Opening day is Sunday, April 23 at 2 p.m. The performance is 85 minutes with no intermission. The regular performance schedule, April 27 - May 21, is Thursdays and Fridays at 8 p.m., Saturdays at 3 and 8 p.m. and Sundays at 3 p.m. Tickets for previews are $25 and for the regular run $30. Artists Repertory Theatre announces that Ronni Lacroute, longtime Artists Rep sponsor and Portland arts patron, has committed to funding a five-year patronage for local award-winning playwright and Artists Rep Resident Artist Andrea Stolowitz.

Macha Monkey Productions presents the world premiere comedy ...And Starring Claire from Hollywood by Jim Moran. Directed by Amy Poisson, the show features Lisa Every as Claire, Laurence Hughes as Leo, Sean Schroeder as Brad, Emily Haver as Jana, and Stacey Bush as Kandi. The production runs May 5th through June 3rd at 18th & Union in the Central District.

At the start of her journey, Lenka is confronted by an Old Woman from an extinct Slavic tribe who guides her through a dream-like world where the past and future meet and multiple realities collide.
