Producers Darlene Kaplan, Laura Janik Cronin and Scott Newsome, in association with Alec Seymour, SPF Group and Susanne Adamski, announced today that The Stone Witch, a play by Shem Bitterman (A Death in Colombia, Influence) will end its run at The Westside Theatre - Upstairs (407 West 43rd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues) after the matinee performance on Sunday, April 29, 2018.  When it closes, it will have played 15 preview performances and 41 regular performances. Performances began Monday, March 12, 2018 for an open-ended engagement. Opening Night was Sunday evening, March 25, 2018.

Berkeley Repertory Theatre has announced a limited engagement of George Gershwin Alone, a play with music that invites audiences to enjoy an evening with a great composer. This celebrated production plays two weeks only - June 8 through June 23 - on the intimate Thrust Stage. Executive Producer Lou Spisto today announced the return of actor, playwright and Steinway concert artist Hershey Felder in a trio of his critically-acclaimed solo shows. Hershey Felder as George Gershwin Alone delighted San Diego audiences in 2006 and 2008 and due to popular demand will be revived for 13 performances from July 1 - 10. Felder will lead audiences on a musical journey through a century of American music in Hershey Felder in Concert: The Great American Songbook Sing-Along from July 11 - 17. The latest addition to Felder's ambitious 'Composers Sonata,' Hershey Felder in Maestro: The Art of Leonard Bernstein, will receive its Globe debut from July 22 - Aug. 28.
