Theatrical Outfit Announces Return to the Stage With 2021-2022 Season

After more than a year away from live theatre, Theatrical Outfit has announced a return to the stage. For the 2021-2022 Season, audiences will once again be welcomed back into the Balzer Theater in the heart of Downtown Atlanta to experience smart, authentic, vital in-person theatre.

Mildred's Umbrella Theater Company To Receive Grant From National Endowment For The Arts

Mildred's Umbrella Theater Company has been approved for a $10,000 Grants for Arts Projects award to support HE CRIED FOR HIS MOTHER/ THE TIE THAT BINDS (working title). The project is a year-long collaboration between Mildred's Umbrella's Jennifer Decker, Patricia Duran and Elizabeth Keel, along with Esurient Arts director,Dabrina Sandifer and local multimedia artist/writer, Willow Curry. 

MATILDA THE MUSICAL Will Return to the West End This September

The Royal Shakespeare Company's West End production of Matilda The Musical has announced that it will return to the Cambridge Theatre from 16 September 2021. Seen by more than 10 million people across more than 90 cities worldwide, this autumn marks 10 years since the multi-award-winning show opened in the West End.

Nine Artists Selected for JACK Artist Residencies

JACK has announced the nine artists selected for residencies at JACK. Chosen from an open call that drew 169 submissions, the artists include theater-makers Carolina Đỗ, Kedian Keohan, Drew Drake and Jadele McPherson, designers Itohan Edoloyi and Tuçe Yasak, composers Jaime Lozano and Sugar Vendil, and dance artist Nora Alami.
