In the nine-time Tony-nominated musical '& Juliet,' Juliet of William Shakespeare’s 'Romeo and Juliet,' did not stab herself to death and, ultimately, ran away from her selfish and conservative parents. Looking for a fresh start, sans the now dead Romeo, Juliet finds herself on a road trip to Paris, together with her besties April and May, a non-binary person, and her loyal second mother, the Nurse, Angelique, played by popular Australian singer-actress Casey Donovan.

Orchestra of St. Luke's (OSL) gives a record six mainstage performances at Carnegie Hall in 2023–24, as well as significant ongoing series in both of the venue's other two performance spaces, Zankel Hall and Weill Recital Hall.

Casting has been announced for the 2024 Winter Opera Festival.  Audiences can look forward to a thrilling season, which opens on February 17th, featuring Bizet’s Carmen, Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor, Verdi’s Luisa Miller, and Haydn's Deceit Outwitted (L’infedeltà delusa). 

The story of Romeo and Juliet is so profound, the idea of star-cross’d lovers has become synonymous with the meaning of romantic love. On Sept. 8, for a limited 2-weekend run, The Conejo Players Artist Theatre brings you the world premiere of an original adaptation of William Shakespeare’s “Romeo and Juliet”. 

William Shakespeare wrote As You Like it in 1599. Themes include class distinctions, family rivalries, love, forgiveness, envy, and gender. Much of it takes place in a place called the Forest of Arden. The show’s director Michael Hernandez-Phillips, adapted the play, moved the forest to Central Park in the 1950s.

It was an absolute thrill to see Hugh Panaro make his Barrington Stage Company Cabaret Series debut at Mr. Finn’s.  The accomplished actor has one of the finest voices in the current landscape of performers you will find on Broadway or anywhere else in the world.  

Full casting is announced today for Alan Brody's award-winning play Operation Epsilon at Southwark Playhouse Elephant, which opens on 20 September, with previews from 15 September and runs until 21 October 2023.
