WICKED, one of the most anticipated musical productions of the 2012 - 2013 KeyBank Broadway at the Paramount series returns to Seattle on October 10. A day-of-performance lottery for a limited number of orchestra seats will be held for WICKED at The Smith Center for the Performing Arts with performances from August 29 - October 7. Two and one-half hours prior to each performance, people who present themselves at the The Smith Center box office will have their names placed in a lottery drum; thirty minutes later, names will be drawn for a limited number of orchestra seats at $25 each, cash only. This lottery is available only in-person at the box office, with a limit of two tickets per person. Lottery participants must have a valid photo ID when submitting their entry form, if chosen, when purchasing tickets.

A celebration of the life of John Neville will be held in Stratford today, July 15. Mr. Neville, who was Artistic Director of the Stratford Shakespeare Festival from 1986 to 1989, died on November 19. He was 86.

Connecticut Repertory Theatre (CRT) presents Gilbert & Sullivan's comic operetta THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE, directed by Broadway veteran Terrence Mann, starring Sean Martin Hingston as the Pirate King, Steven Hayes as the Major-General and Connecticut native Diane Phelan as Mabel.
