FROZEN Starring Suranne Jones Enters Final Weeks

Bryony Lavery's critically acclaimed play Frozen, starring Suranne Jones (Save Me, Doctor Foster, Scott & Bailey), Nina Sosanya (W1A, Last Tango in Halifax) and Jason Watkins (Line of Duty, Taboo, W1A), will end its scheduled run at Theatre Royal Haymarket on Saturday 5 May 2018.

KNIGHTS OF THE ROSE Announces First Casting

Romance of the Rose Productions announces the first casting for the new West End musical Knights of the Rose. Directed by Racky Plews and created by Jennifer Marsden, Knights of the Rose opens on 29th June for 9 weeks only at The Arts Theatre. Leading the noble Knights is Adam Pearce (King Aethelstan) who is joined by Chris Cowley (Palamon), Oliver Saville (Hugo), Rebecca Bainbridge (Queen Matilda / Bess), Rebekah Lowings (Isabel), Matt Thorpe (Horatio), Ruben Van keer (John), Katie Birtill (Hannah) and Bleu Woodward (Emily). Ian Gareth-Jones, Kelly Hampson and Tom Bales make up the ensemble.

Sharon Small To Star In UK Tour Of STILL ALICE

Michael Park announces that, following a hugely successful three-week run at West Yorkshire Playhouse earlier this year, Christine Mary Dunford's newly adapted version of Lisa Genova's best-selling novel, STILL ALICE, will tour the UK from September 2018, directed by David Grindley and starring Sharon Small as Alice. The tour will open at the Sheffield Lyceum from 12 to 15 September and will play Richmond Theatre from 18 to 22 September, King's Theatre Edinburgh from 25 to 29 September, Norwich Theatre Royal from 2 to 6 October the Yvonne Arnaud, Guildford from 9 to 13 October and Festival Theatre, Malvern from 20 to 24 November. Further venues and casting are to be announced.

Gemma Sutton To Play Angel In THE RINK

Gemma Sutton will star as Angel, alongside Caroline O'Connor in the first London revival in 20 years of Kander and Ebb's THE RINK. The new production of THE RINK will play at Southwark Playhouse for a limited season from 25 May to 23 June 2018, with a national press night on Tuesday 29 May. Further casting to be announced.

Defibrillator and Arcola Theatre, today announces cast for world stage premiere of Mike Bartlett's, Not Talking. Artistic Director of Defibrillator James Hillier directs David Horovitch (James), Gemma Lawrence (Amanda), Kika Markham (Lucy) and Lawrence Walker (Mark). The production opens at the Arcola Theatre on 1 May, with previews from the 25 April, and runs until 2 June.

Watermill Theatre New Season Includes SWEET CHARITY And New Ian Hislop And Nick Newman Play

The Watermill Theatre's new season, announced today by Artistic Director, Paul Hart, includes the funny and poignant musical SWEET CHARITY, and the premieres of three new plays, including TRIAL BY LAUGHTER, by Ian Hislop and Nick Newman. Booking opens on Monday 23 April with Friends of The Watermill priority booking from Monday 16 April.

A Chicago housewife turns one small step into a giant, life-changing leap in Bartram & Hill's new musical You Are Here. On The 74th Anniversary Of D-Day, PRESSURE Will Transfer To The Ambassador

Based on the remarkable true story of two warring Allied meteorologists tasked with predicting the weather conditions for the D-Day landings, David Haig's critically acclaimed play Pressure will transfer to the West Ends' Ambassador's Theatre for a limited season from 6 June to 1 September 2018. The transfer follows a celebrated run at Chichester Festival Theatre (5 stars from the; Daily Telegraph, Observer & Evening Standard), a national tour (in association with Cambridge Arts Theatre and Touring Consortium Company) and a sold out run at the Park Theatre.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL Returns to the Old Vic

Matthew Warchus' big-hearted, smash hit production of Charles Dickens' immortal classic A Christmas Carol returns to The Old Vic opening on 5 December, with previews from 27 November, joyously adapted for the stage by Jack Thorne (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child).

Regent's Park Open Air Theatre Announces PETER PAN Cast Including Fiston Barek & Dennis Herdman

With British Summer Time (BST) starting this weekend, Regent's Park Open Air Theatre have today announced casting for Peter Pan (17 May - 15 June), which launches the 2018 summer season in the final year of the First World War Centenary Commemorations. Fiston Barek takes the title role of Peter Pan and Dennis Herdman plays the role of Captain Hook.

The 2018 Brits Off Broadway season continues at 59E59 Theaters (Val Day, Artistic Director; Brian Beirne, Managing Director) with the US premiere of REPLAY, written and performed by Nicola Wren and directed by George Chilcott. Produced by DugOut Theatre, REPLAY begins performances on Tuesday, April 24 for a limited engagement through Sunday, May 13.

Theatr Clwyd Announces Further Programming For 2018

With The Assassination of Katie Hopkins in rehearsals, Artistic Director of Theatr Clwyd, Tamara Harvey and Executive Director, Liam Evans-Ford today announce the 2018 Autumn Season for the company. This includes an all-female cast in a co-production with Sherman Theatre of Lord of the Flies and a first-time co-production with Clean Break of the world premiere of Thick as Thieves from award-winning Welsh playwright Katherine Chandler.

Ahead of its second birthday in the West End this spring, the critically acclaimed and Olivier Award-nominated The Comedy About A Bank Robbery announces a new company. After a year of good behaviour at the Criterion the second company have been released on parole, with a new band of inmates starting performances from 27 February. Joining the cast are Samson Ajewole (Cooper), Jenna Augen (Ruth Monaghan), Jack Baldwin (Officer Shuck), Leonard Cook (Robin Freeboys), Matt Douglas-Hunt (Mitch Ruscitti) and Peter McGovern (Warren Slax). Continuing their roles as the bars-crossed lovers are Samuel Fogell (Sam Monaghan) and Holly Sumpton (Caprice Freeboys), and literally completing the cast is Chris Leask (Everyone Else).
