On Friday, May 24, hip-hop legend Warren G kicked off the anticipated Memorial Day Weekend bash with a live performance at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at Paris Las Vegas. Heading to the Strip-side nightspot just after midnight the icon made his way through the packed rooftop and took his place at his VIP booth. The Baltimore Playwrights Festival (www.baltplayfest.org) continues its Thirty-Second Season with two play-readings on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1025 S. Potomac Street, Baltimore, MD 21224 (on O'Donnell Square, http://www.messiahodsq.com/ ). Starting at 1:00 p.m., plays to be read are The Gin Baby, by Sarah Shaefer, to be followed at 3:00 p.m. by Fifteen Men in a Smoke Filled Room, by Colin Crowley. After each reading there will be a discussion of the script with the playwright, director and actors. The event is free, and the general public is encouraged to attend.

The tour will bring music industry artists, DJ's, producers, and more together in 8 cities across the U.S. On the first four stops of the the tour, DJ Pain 1 will be a guest judge along with other celebrity judges that vary by city. DJ Pain 1 is a Certified Gold Producer for Young Jeezy, 50 Cent, 2 Chainz, Meek Mill, more. He recently produced Chingy's "Club Nights" single and King L's single "My Hoes They Do Drugs" featuring Pusha T and Juicy J.

Camping With Henry and Tom-directed by Lynda Gibbs-focuses on a 1921 camping trip that Henry Ford, Thomas Edison and President Warren G. Harding took into the Maryland woods to escape civilization. Inspired by that actual event, Camping with Henry and Tom is an exploration of friendship, politics and leadership; a comedic and dramatic clash of three great historical figures, and what might have happened when they ventured off into the woods together.
