The Houston Symphony's December calendar promises an entertaining and inspiring month of concerts starting with a special night featuring world-renown Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli performing new songs from his latest release "Love in Portofino" at the Toyota Center on December 10. The next weekend, catch the holiday spirit with traditional carols such as "Winter Wonderland" and "Little Drummer Boy," at the annual Very Merry Pops at Jones Hall on December 12-14.
Experience a family program of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas with the Houston Symphony, narrated by Mirron Willis of Houston's esteemed Ensemble Theatre on December 13. Keep Yuletide spirits high, December 18-21 Christopher Warren Green, conducts the Houston Symphony in Handel's Messiah, with classics including "Hallelujah" and "Ev'ry Valley Shall Be Exalted."
