Homos, Or Everyone in American, directed by Mike Donahue and featuring two-time Tony nominee Robin De Jesus (In The Heights, La Cage Aux Folles) and Drama Desk Award winner Michael Urie (Buyer and Cellar, Ugly Betty, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying), is a bitingly tender new play about trying to live and love in New York.

Algonquin Theater Productions and Jason Hewitt have announced Broadway actors Lindsay Nicole Chambers (Lysistrata Jones, Legally Blonde, Hairspray), Mel Johnson Jr. (Jekyll & Hyde, Hot Feet, The Lion King, Big Deal, The Rink, Eubie!, On the Twentieth Century), and James Ludwig (Spamalot, Little Shop of Horrors) have joined the cast of the world premiere of ON THE RAILS, a new musical with book by Tony Sportiello (Second Chance, National Pastime), music and lyrics by Al Tapper (Sessions, An Evening at the Carlyle), arrangements and musical direction by David Wolfson, and directed by Misti B. Wills (In Search of Euphoria).
OGCMA Presents Mendelssohn's ELIJAH

THE OCEAN GROVE CAMP MEETING ASSOCIATION (OGCMA) will present its annual Sacred Masterwork concert on Sunday, August 28th at 7:00pm at The Great Auditorium in Ocean Grove, New Jersey. This year's free concert is Felix Mendelssohn's oratorio "Elijah." OCGMA's Director of Music Ministries, Jason C. Tramm, will conduct the Great Auditorium Choir and guest soloists Monica Ziglar (soprano), Martha Bartz (Mezzo-Soprano), Ronald Naldi (tenor) and Justin Beck (Bass-Baritone), accompanied by the Adelphi Chamber Orchestra and OGCMA's Gordon Turk, Organist-in-Residence. The Great Auditorium is located at 54 Pilgrim Pathway in Ocean Grove, NJ, and is handicapped-accessible.

Emmy Award winner and Golden Globe nominee Marg Helgenberger, known for her 12 seasons as Catherine Willows on CBS's CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, stars as Regina Giddens under veteran director Kyle Donnelly, who has directed more than 20 productions at Arena Stage. Gloucester Stage Company continues its 37th season of professional theater on Cape Ann with a limited run of Jason Robert Brown's Songs For A New World from August 4 through August 27 at 267 East Main Street, Gloucester, MA. Songs For A New World with music and lyrics by three time Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown is a stirring musical journey examining the moments of decision and difficult choices faced in everyday life. Known for such Broadway hits as Parade, The Bridges of Madison County, Honeymoon in Vegas, and The Last Five Years, Mr. Brown artfully blends pop, jazz and gospel in solos and ensemble styles to create this inspiring song cycle. Directed by Gloucester Stage Artistic Director Robert Walsh, the production features five singers including Tony Award nominee Barbara Walsh, Broadway veterans Rockport's Wendy Waring and Jack Donahue, Berklee College of Music graduate Chris Pittman and Brandeis' Nyah Macklin, all four in their Gloucester Stage debut. The play is directed by Michael Barr and features Gregory Crane, Amber Collins Crane, and Emily Radosevich. It is produced for NTC by Kim Bromley and Janelle Ponte.
