Frances Ruffelle's last solo show in New York was named one of Playbill's Unforgettable Theatre Experiences of 2013. The Tony Award winning actress performed PARIS ORIGINAL, a sell out at the Crazy Coqs in 2013, before taking the show to New York and now returning to London at the St. James Studio. Guest performers were ELIZA DOOLITTLE, SABRINA ALOUECHE, VELMA CELLI and HELEN WOOLF.

Following a sold-out and critically acclaimed run at the Menier Chocolate Factory, the theatre is delighted to announce its "breathtakingly funny" (Guardian) production of FORBIDDEN BROADWAY will transfer to the West End's Vaudeville Theatre on Tuesday 9th September - 22nd November, with press night on Monday 15th September at 7 pm.

OK. I remember loud music, bright lights, cheering audiences, lots of tea and chilly ocean breezes. I'll have to get some serious sleep before I can focus on any particular details for you. Despite my best efforts to be practical, I got overexcited like I always do and jammed a little too much into this trip. The cost? Temporary memory loss and extreme exhaustion.

I'm currently on my way to London and I can hardly contain my excitement! I begin my journey and my blog from the plane, which is actually quite a bad idea since I should be sleeping instead of typing, as to not be a jet lagged zombie when I land in the morning. I also probably shouldn't have had that glass of wine the flight steward offered, as it can dry the vocal chords...so I'm off to a good start!
