Nickelodeon has ordered a 20-episode second season of the new preschool hit Dora and Friends: Into the City!, featuring global phenomenon Dora in all-new adventures, with new friends and a new curriculum. The newly imagined Latina heroine launched on TV Aug. 18 and is now set to make her debut in the 88th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Dora will make the journey to the Big Apple on Thursday, Nov. 27, with some of her new friends, Kate and Pablo, to sing and dance along the parade route on a brand-new float inspired by the series.

Dora and Friends: Into the City!, a brand-new animated preschool series starring the Latina heroine in new adventures, with new friends and a new interactive curriculum, premiering in primetime Monday, Aug. 18, at 8:00 p.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon.

Nickelodeon, the number-one entertainment brand for kids, will premiere more than 100 episodes of brand-new educational preschool series in the 2014-2015 season as part of the network's biggest pipeline of content ever.

'Tis the season for an icy adventure as Nickelodeon debuts the brand-new Dora the Explorer Primetime special, 'Dora's Ice Skating Spectacular,' tonight, Nov. 25, at 7 p.m. (ET/PT). The half-hour special features actress Hilary Duff as the Ice Witch who has taken everyone's ice skates in the Snowy Forest and Dora must skate against her to get them back.
