The 12th Annual NBCUniversal SHORT FILM FESTIVAL, which celebrates diverse stories while finding the next generation of storytellers, unveiled America Ferrera ( Superstore ), Mariska Hargitay ( Law & Order: SVU ), Chrissy Metz (2017 Emmy Award nominee for This Is Us ) and Lena Waithe (2017 Emmy Award nominee for Master of None ) as its first-ever ambassadors.

Hot off of the wildly successful premiere season of NBC's “World of Dance,” the #1 new series of the summer, World of Dance announces its fall live tour, WOD Live.  Featuring the best dancers from across all genres incorporating both local and national talent, the multi-city tour will bring the excitement and creativity straight from the television to your town. The tour kicks off in Moncton, Canada on Tuesday, October 17th at The Molson Canadian Centre at Casino New Brunswick, full tour schedule is below.  WOD Live tour will include the greatest dance innovators and feature amazing dance skills and brilliance, while offering family friendly entertainment.

According to deadline.com, Stephanie J. Block and Mark Tallman are set to appear on the NBC drama series, RISE - in recurring roles.

In anticipation and celebration of the triumphant Sept. 28 return of WILL & GRACE on NBC, the network and The Paley Center for Media are collaborating on the hourlong special “The Paley Center Salutes the Best of Will & Grace,” scheduled to air Tuesday, Sept. 19 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

Eleven years after WILL & GRACE ended its first run, stars Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes are back at work on the series reboot.

Netflix has opted against a second season of the psychological thriller GYPSY, starring Naomi Watts. The cable network has declined to comment on the report.

Bringing the best of Broadway to primetime, NBC has cast Tony Award winner and DEAR EVAN HANSEN star Ben Platt as a guest star on NBC's WILL & GRACE. The episode will air on Thursday, October 5 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
