Puscifer continue their series of album-by-album remix collections, releasing Existential Reckoning: Re-Wired. A video for “A Singularity (Re-Imagined by Carina Round),” shot and edited by Maynard James Keenan, was released this morning. The clip echoes the song’s sentiment, with the heart-wrenching track offered as a memoriam to Keenan’s dog.

Concord Music Publishing (CMP) held their 5th annual REIMAGINED event in central London on November 17th.  REIMAGINED is CMP's yearly sync event to celebrate various parts of their extensive catalogue through new remixes, covers and recordings. 

Since forming six years ago, Manchester five-piece Sylvette have built a cult fan base around the country with their dynamic blend of emotive art-rock and Kafkaesque lyrics. Describing themselves as “Björk meets Black Midi, Nine Inch Nails and Black Country New Road”, the band’s name is inspired by the enchanting muse.

Danny Elfman’s official soundtrack for the forthcoming film White Noise has been released. Featuring 21 tracks, Elfman’s score serves as an ambitious and eccentric musical compliment to Academy Award-nominated writer-director Noah Baumbach’s latest project. Boasting an all-star ensemble headlined by Adam Driver, Greta Gerwig and Don Cheadle.

The character from the video has watched far too many movies and takes things quite literally. If you’re an avid film watcher you will see many references to certain movies and tv shows like American Psycho, The Zodiac, Joker, Dexter etc. He also based his “mask” on characters like Mankind from WWE and Hush from Batman.

Lakeshore Records is set to release 1660 Vine—Original Motion Picture Soundtrack digitally November 11 featuring original songs by twenty-something songwriters with music supervision David Lawrence and Faye Greenberg. The single, like the rest of the EP, was written and produced by Brooks. It follows “Sound The Alarm,” which features Patrick Stump and was the first bit of music Brooks revealed off of The 40HZ, and his first for Dine Alone. In addition to Stump and Moore the EP will also feature guest appearances by Jason Aalon Butler, and Paul Leary.

The 21-track project is comprised of collaborations and guest vocal features from a sprawling array of artists including Trent Reznor, Iggy Pop, HEALTH, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Zach Hill of Death Grips, Xiu Xiu, Squarepusher, Ghostemane and many more. With the help of his collaborators Stu Brooks and Berit Gwendolyn Gilma.

VetsAid 2022 will feature sets from a newly reunited James Gang (Joe Walsh, Jimmy Fox and Dale Peters) for a final performance, or “One Last Ride,” with special guest Dave Grohl as well as from Nine Inch Nails, The Black Keys and The Breeders. The show will be hosted for the third time by Cleveland native Drew Carey.

Carnegie Hall announced that its performance by Jon Batiste, originally planned for May 2022 has been rescheduled for Thursday, September 22 at 8:00 p.m.

Alongside the song, Elfman has also shared an official music video. Produced by the cyber collective TRASH GANG, the video is a rabbit hole of monochromatic, manga-inspired animation that channels the track’s mesmerizing electronic glitches and breakneck percussion. The track is the newest taste of Elfman’s forthcoming album Bigger. Messier.
