Bay Street Theatre is pleased to announce that Mercedes Ruehl has joined the Board of Trustees. Prior to her role in the 2009 Bay Street production of DINNER, Mercedes Ruehl was seen in Bay Street productions of VIVA LA VIDA and BLUE LIGHT.
Bay Street Seeks Summer Housing Donations

Bay Street Theatre is looking for donated housing for the 2011 Mainstage Season for summer staff, interns, technical support and actors for various lengths of stay. Housing needs exist from May - September for weekend, weeklong and monthly time periods.

3RD ANNUAL HOLIDAY CONCERT AND SING-A-LONG on Tuesday, December 21 at
7 pm. The evening will feature the Broadway Irish tenor CIARAN SHEEHAN accompanied by pianist BRENDA LANDRUM, and is made possible by the generous gifts of some Bay Street patrons. Admission to the event is free to the public with a canned good donation for the food pantry.

Richard Kind Joins Bay Street Board

Bay Street Theatre kicked off its 2nd Annual Appeal this week by announcing that actor Richard Kind has joined the Board of Trustees. The theatre will celebrate its 20th anniversary season in 2011.

Bay Street Theatre is pleased to announce that Stewart Lane and Bonnie Cromley were the auction winners of the Bay Street Theatre Summer Benefit Gala's 'Evening Aboard America.' The yacht is owned by Ted Conklin of The American Hotel and Board Member at Bay Street Theatre. He donated an evening cruise with cocktails and hors d'oeuvers for 12 people for the 'LIVE' Fantasy Auction held on July 17.

Bring your neighbors and come in out of the cold as Bay Street Theatre once again throws open its doors for a not-to-be-missed event. On Tuesday, January 20th, with history in-the-making, Bay Street invites the public to gather for the Inauguration of the first African American President of the United Statesby watching it all unfold on the big screen with family, friends, and co-workers. Students and groups are welcome too. The doors open at 10am, and coffee and refreshments will be available for purchase.
