Mayo Performing Arts Center has announced its upcoming events for April 2017 - scroll down for details!

The Garden Theatre (160 West Plant Street) has announced a concert performance featuring Grammy Award-winning conductor Matt Catingub and vocalist Michelle Amato as they are joined by top symphonic musicians in a Tribute to the Music of Chicago. The concert event will be Sunday, March 5, 2017 at 3pm.

The McCallum Theatre presents "Salute to Benny Goodman at Carnegie Hall" on Monday, March 6, at 8:00pm. The performance features the Benny Goodman Tribute Orchestra with 18 of the country's top musicians, conducted by Terry Myers, and with Special Guest Vocalist Nancy Osborne. Relive the legendary concert that made Benny Goodman the most celebrated jazz bandleader of his day. Leading a band of musicians including Harry James, Ziggy Elman, Gene Krupa, Teddy Wilson, Lionel Hampton, Johnny Hodges and Count Basie, Benny Goodman played music ranging from "Honeysuckle Rose" to "Sing, Sing, Sing." We re-create that night in 1938 with today's best musicians.

The Grammy-winning duo Indigo Girls bring their signature sonic blend of folk and rock to Santa Rosa on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 8 p.m. for an outstanding program of fan favorites from across their groundbreaking career.

On Tuesday, November 22 the AZ Swing Kings bring you The Great American Songbook and All That Jazz! The AZ Swing Kings Orchestra is a Valley favorite and consists of 18 instrumentalists and a vocalist. The orchestra is under the direction of Lenny King - former creator and director of the Chicago Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra - and all the musicians are experienced professional performers playing original arrangements made famous by the such great bands as: Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Tommy Dorsey, Stan Kenton, Duke Ellington, Maynard Ferguson and many others.
