TUCK EVERLASTING Gets New Mexico Run, 10/23 - 10/25

The American Southwest Theatre Company at New Mexico State University Theatre Arts is pleased to present the children's classic, TUCK EVERLASTING, from October 23 - 25 at the Hershel Zohn Theatre on the NMSU campus. It is the second production of the 2009 - 2010 ASTC/NMSU Season.

Austin Pendleton's stunning historical drama about the Booth Family -- America's first First Family of the Theatre -- takes to the Heritage Center stage. Meet the patriarch Junius Booth, a tormented alcoholic actor, and his two sons, Edwin and 'Johnny.' Edwin will eclipse his father as an actor while Johnny wins infamy as Lincoln's assassin, John Wilkes Booth.

Famed actor/director/playwright Austin Pendleton came to Morrisville Sunday to visit an old friend - the play he has been working on for some fifty years. Pendleton and four New York-based theatre friends saw the Actors' NET of Bucks County production of Booth, a drama he has been working on since his college days at Yale.

Actors' NET Presents RIDING THE COMET As Next Show In Staged Reading Series 5/8

Riding the Comet-New Jersey-based playwright Mark L. Violi's gripping World War II drama about the French resistance helping American G.I.s escape the Nazis is the third in the Actors' NET of Bucks County staged readings series to appear on the Heritage Center stage in Morrisville. Directed by Kyla Marie Mostello of Levittown, the script in hand production features (alphabetically) Patrick Albanesius, Camryn Barnes, Chuck Donnelly, Mike Gearty, John Helmke, Steve Pié and Katie Skelly. Violi, from Hamilton, NJ, will be at the performance. A talk back session with cast and playwright follows the performance.

An old parish priest takes a radical young church deacon under his wing and tries to help the young firebrand to conform to church doctrine and politics. Can they work out their differences? Only God knows! Produced and directed by Virginia Barrie.

'Glengarry Glen Ross' Announces Holiday Schedule

James Macdonald's West End revival of David Mamet's Glengarry Glen Ross starring Jonathan Pryce and Aidan Gillen has scheduled an extra 'matinee' performance on Friday 11 January 2008 at 5PM.

Glengarry Glen Ross began performances at London's Apollo Theatre on September 27; officially opening October 10 and booked through January 12, 2008. The cast stars Jonathan Pryce (Shelly Levene) and Aidan Gillen (Richard Roma).

Full Casting Set for West End 'Glengarry' Revival

James Macdonald's West End revival of David Mamet's Glengarry Glen Ross will open at the Apollo Theatre on September 27, 2007, with press night on October 10 and is currently booking until January 12, 2008
