Pierrot Productions' GYPSY Opens 3/25 at the Kelsey Theatre

Pierrot Productions will entertain audiences with the classic musical fable about the road to stardom with 'Gypsy,' coming to Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre. Dates and times are Fridays, March 15 and 22 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, March 16 and 23 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, March 17 and 24 at 2 p.m. A reception with the cast and crew follows the opening night performance on March 15.

Tonight's October 18th performance of Trainspotting USA, Tom Mullen's "re-adaptation" of Harry Gibson's stage versions of Irvine Welsh's classic novel Trainspotting will include a post-show talkback with Mullen and Welsh, moderated by Tara Branham. The talkback will begin immediately following a 7 pm performance at Theater Wit, 1229 W. Belmont Ave., Chicago.

The intricate webs of love lost, found, and anticipated will be revealed in Pierrot Productions' presentation of 'A Little Night Music,' the award-winning Stephen Sondheim musical, at Mercer County Community College's Kelsey Theatre. Dates and show times for this elegant bittersweet comedy are Fridays, March 4 and 11 at 7:30 p.m.; Saturdays, March 5 and 12 at 7:30 p.m.; and Sundays, March 6 and 13 at 2 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on Mercer's West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. A reception with the cast and crew follows the opening night performance on March 4.
Bailiwick Chicago Extends F**KING MEN 3 Weeks to 8/29

Executive Director Kevin Mayes announced today that Bailiwick Chicago's hit production of Joe DiPietro's f**kING MEN will be extended for an additional three weeks due to popular demand. Performances will continue through Sunday, August 29 at Stage 773, 1225 W. Belmont with the original cast.

Pride Films and Plays, a new not-for-profit, is proud to announce its inaugural activities as an organization. The first two events scheduled are Five Decades of Great Gay Theater, May 9 - June 13, a series of staged reading of great gay plays, Theatre Building Chicago, 1225 West Belmont*, and the Great Gay Screenplay Contest, held in conjunction with Chicago Filmmakers. The contest seeks new screenplays dealing with gay history, characters or themes and relevant to the world. The semi-finalists will be read this fall during Reeling: The Chicago Lesbian and Gay International Film Festival.
