The first production in Town Hall Arts Center's 2014-2015 Season will be How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, music and lyrics by Frank Loesser, book by Jack Weinstock, Abe Burrows & Willie Gilbert. How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying is directed by Robert Wells, recently at Town Hall directing the 2014 production of Boeing-Boeing. Musical direction is by Donna Kolpan Debreceni, Henry Award Winner, The Who's Tommy and choreographed by Kelly Kates, most recently here for the 2014 production of The Music Man.

The Arvada Center will open A Christmas Carol, The Musical directed by Gavin Mayer on Tuesday, November 26 at 7:30 p.m. This Broadway rendition of a family holiday favorite will run through December 22 in the Main Stage Theater. Previews are November 22 - 24 at 7:30 p.m. nightly. Performances are Tuesday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m., Wednesday at 1:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2:00 p.m. Please note: There will not be a performance on Thursday, November 28 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. An additional performance has been added on Sunday, December 1 at 7:30 p.m. Talkbacks will be offered Friday, December 6 after the 7:30 p.m. show and Wednesday, December 11 after the 1:00 p.m. show. The cast of ROCK OF AGES rallied the crowds at West End Live last weekend in an attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the Largest Air Guitar Ensemble. With several thousands of people rocking to 'Sweet Child O' Mine' in Trafalgar Square there's no doubt that the crowd was big enough to beat the ensemble of just 2377 in the US casino which has held the record since 2011. Yet the final decision rests with World Record officials who must decide whether the attempt qualifies according to their rules.
