Broadway veteran Theo Stockman, most recently seen on Broadway in AMERICAN IDIOT, will appear on PRIVATE PRACTICE tomorrow night.

In the upcoming episode of ABC's 'Private Practice' entitled, 'Step One', Addison begins in vitro fertilization treatments with Jake's help, unbeknownst to Sam, Amelia is deeply conflicted when her terminally-ill friend, Michelle, asks her assistance in her suicide, and Sam and Violet contend with a patient who refuses his anti-psychotic medication, on 'Private Practice,' THURSDAY, OCTOBER 27 (10:02-11:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Playwrights Horizons (Tim Sanford, Artistic Director; Leslie Marcus, Managing Director) announces complete casting for the New York premiere of MAPLE AND VINE, a new play by Jordan Harrison (Doris to Darlene at Playwrights Horizons, Amazons and Their Men, Kid-Simple).

BASE Entertainment (Co-CEO's Scott Zeiger and Brian Becker) announced that DINER, a new musical inspired by the critically acclaimed 1982 film, will come to Broadway in the fall of 2012. With a book by Academy Award and Emmy Award winner Barry Levinson and music & lyrics by Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow, DINER will be directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall. DINER marks the Broadway debut of both Barry Levinson and Sheryl Crow. Prior to its Broadway bow, DINER will play a limited out of town engagement in a city TBD in the summer of 2012. Design team and casting will be announced at a later date.

Members of The Creative Coalition will meet with the White House's Office of Public Engagement and will be highlighted as America's Champions of Change. The effort is part of President Barack Obama's Winning the Future initiative (whitehouse.gov/champions) to 'out-innovate, out-educate and out-build the rest of the world.'
