After last year's successful company-wide “25 Days of Christmas” programming event, Disney|ABC Television will again be the TV destination for all must-see holiday programming by bringing holiday cheer across all of their channels. Beginning Dec. 1, ABC, Freeform, Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Junior will be airing holiday-themed programming and entertainment for the whole family throughout the month, leading up to Christmas Day.

The new musical comedy Beetlejuice will open on Broadway at the Winter Garden Theatre (1634 Broadway) on April 25, 2019, but first the musical will have its world premiere at the National Theatre in Washington D.C., officially opening on Sunday, November 4, 2018. Regal, a leading motion picture exhibitor operating one of the largest theatre circuits in the United States, celebrates the 25 th anniversary of Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas with exclusive screenings from October 26 to October 31. Regal Crown Club members who purchase tickets to the event will also receive a $5 concession combo offer, including a small popcorn and drink, while supplies last. Screenings will be available in standard 2D at all participating Regal theatres, as well as in 4DX at select locations.

Fans of Tim Burton's 'The Nightmare Before Christmas' will now have another chance to celebrate the film's 25th anniversary with Disney In Concert at the Hollywood Bowl on Sunday, October 28th at 7:30 pm. Los Angeles' reigning Pumpkin King, Danny Elfman, will return to the Hollywood Bowl performing his role of Jack Skellington singing live to film for a very special screening of Disney's timeless holiday classic on October 26, 27 & 28. The immersive experience will include live scenery projections, live orchestra, spectacular guest artists, and an all-star cast. Elfman will be joined by other original cast members including Catherine O'Hara (Sally) and Ken Page (Oogie Boogie) who headlined the opening production, which sold out two nights over Halloween weekend at the Hollywood Bowl in 2015 and returned for 3 nights in 2016 due to popular demand.

Comedy legends Steve Martin and Martin Short will perform at the Washington Pavilion in "Now You See Them, Soon You Won't," on Saturday, June 8 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets go on sale starting October 24, 2018.

I know I could get lynched for stating this out loud, but I was never that much of a fan of the original film "The Nightmare Before Christmas". I appreciate the cute story and the animation but being a musical theater snob, the songs in it just don't do it for me. But now, after seeing Can Can's burlesque reimagining of this much beloved film, "This is Halloween" now in its ninth year, I realize what it's been missing all this time. Naked people.

As the Halloween season comes to a close, Freeform will continue to be the home for all holiday programming as the brand-new “Kickoff To Christmas” programming event starts on NOV. 1. Adding a month full of holiday fun, the programming event will also include the premiere of the Freeform original film “The Truth About Christmas,” from MarVista Entertainment, airing SUNDAY, NOV. 25 at 9:00-11:00 p.m. EST/PST.
