The casts of KINKY BOOTS, PIPPIN, MATILDA and many more shows and entertainers joined host Neil Patrick Harris on last night's broadcast of the 67th Annual Tony Awards on CBS! After the ceremony all of Broadway's best traveled to the Plaza for the star-studded, annual Tonys Ball. BroadwayWorld was there for the celebration and you can check out photo coverage below!

Judith Light has won the 2013 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role for her portrayal of 'Faye' in THE ASSEMBLED PARTIES.

The divas took all the top prizes at the 2013 Tony Awards, from Cyndi Lauper and Billy Porter (as Lola) of KINKY BOOTS through to Best Directors Diane Paulus and Pam McKinnon to Cicely Tyson, Patina Miller, Judith Light and Andrea Martin in the acting categories to Caroline O'Connor of A CHRISTMAS STORY to MATILDA, CINDERELLA, and beyond in smashing performances. Polished, practiced, poised and primed to deliver, the show was a splendid showcase for Broadway today, fabulously decked out to the nines (and over-elevens).

Second Stage Theatre (Carole Rothman, Artistic Director) extends the world premiere of The Tutors, written by Erica Lipez and directed byThomas Kail through June 23rd. The Tutors opened on Wednesday, June 5 and is presented at Second Stage Theatre's uptown home, the McGinn/Cazale Theatre on Broadway at 76th Street. Atlantic Theater Company (Neil Pepe, Artistic Director; Jeffory Lawson, Managing Director) will present LATINO MIXFEST, a series of free readings that will run Wednesday, June 12 - Friday, June 28 at Atlantic Stage 2 (330 West 16th Street) and at Atlantic's rehearsal studios (76 Ninth Ave, Suite 537).

New York Stage and Film (Johanna Pfaelzer, Artistic Director; Thomas Pearson, Executive Director; Mark Linn-Baker, Max Mayer, Leslie Urdang, Producing Directors) and Vassar College (Ed Cheetham, Producing Director) recently announced the line-up of their 2013 Powerhouse Theater Season, which runs fromJune 21st - July 28th at Vassar College (Poughkeepsie, New York). The 2013 season will include fully staged productions of new plays by Seth Zvi Rosenfeld andMozhan Marno, as well as two exciting musical workshops: the Steve Martin & Edie Brickell collaboration Bright Star (featuring music from their newly released recording "Love Has Come For You"), directed by Tony Award-winner Walter Bobbie (Chicago); and A new musical inspired by The Brooklyn Hero Supply Company, music and lyrics by Peter Lerman, book by Simon Rich, based on characters created by Pulitzer Prize winning novelist Michael Chabon and Ayelet Waldman, directed by Tony Award-winner Michael Mayer (Spring Awakening). Previews begin on May 22nd and opening night is Wednesday, June 5th.

The 2013 Powerhouse Theater Season runs from June 21st - July 28th at Vassar College (Poughkeepsie, New York), and a full calendar and description of events are below. Casting is underway and will be announced shortly.

According to The New York Times, Vassar's Powerhouse Theater will showcase an impressive lineup for its 2013 season, running June 21 to July 28. A new musical by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell, and two others by writers Michael Chabon and Ayelet Waldman, and Tony winner Lin-Manuel Miranda, will take the stage for Vassar College and New York Stage and Film.

2008 Tony Awards winning musical In The Heights will be translated into Portuguese for its first Brazilian production, directed by Wolf Maya and with recently announced associate director Luis Salgado, adding to his position as choreographer and consultant on the production.
